Crafty Weekends

Hello all

Over the past weeks after Valentines was a bit shattered because so far my etsy shop is not progressing and was feeling a bit down. But this weekend I was energized and decided to not think about all that and still do what I love and that is creating beautiful items with paper.

So I came up with the idea to create some gift card envelope or card holders. Then I was on a roll so also made a wonderful note card box set complete with all the trimmings.

I took some pictures but unfortunately did not take pics of the steps.

 

After I had finished it I felt that they were missing something so I added a little something to give it that extra sparkle....

 

I decided then that they needed to go on Etsy to be bought and cherished by somebody else other than me.

So that was only Saturday, so on Sunday was still feeling creative so I made two more gift card holder, but this time in a different style and different pattern and came up with these two....

So that is my gift card holders for now....I am thinking of adding these to my Etsy store too but feel that they are not my style so think that they should not be added...

Your comments are welcome on whether these are products that I should keep doing or even consider selling or just keep them to give to my friends...

I did start work on a more appropriate gift card holder that will fit into my etsy store, as I did find that most gift card holder on etsy was not my style and decided to create something...still a work in progress though...
